Avison Young Corporate offices, NYC

This project consisted of furnishing Avison Young’s 70,000 sq ft Corporate Offices, NYC. For Avison Young, we helped create a sophisticated, fun, hospitality-focused atmosphere within a tight budget. The project included multiple social spaces, meeting rooms, & multipurpose board room.

Additionally, the space includes 40 private offices with HA desks, 120 desking workstation positions with ample storage & privacy. It was critical that we maintain a small footprint while providing an open-feeling atmosphere.
